How is the price calculated?
Each plan covers a band of employees rather than charging per seat, so the price does not move as people join or leave within that band. Cross into the next band and you move to the next plan.
What happens when we outgrow our plan?
You move up a band and pay the difference for the remainder of the term. Nothing stops working in the meantime and no one loses access while the change goes through.
Can we switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Moving to yearly applies the two free months immediately and credits whatever you have already paid for the current month. Moving back to monthly takes effect at the end of the year you have paid for.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with a trial that covers the full feature set, not a reduced version of it, so you can judge participation with your actual team before committing.
Do you offer a discount for non-profits?
Yes, for registered non-profits and educational institutions. Get in touch and we will sort the paperwork out quickly.
What counts as an employee?
Anyone with an active account. Deactivated accounts keep their history and stop counting towards your band from the day they are switched off.
How do we pay?
Card for monthly plans, card or invoice for yearly. Enterprise agreements can be invoiced on whatever schedule your finance team needs.
